For The Challenger Drying Systems

Your Challenger Dryer, which has been manufactured and inspected in accordance with carefully specified engineering requirements, is warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship.

This Warranty is, however, subject to the following qualifications, conditions and limitations which are set forth to provide you and all users of the Challenger Drying System with information concerning the duration, extent, availability and applicability of this Limited Warranty, the procedure to be taken to obtain its performance, and other information concerning the Challenger Drying System Warranty Policy.

Duration of Warranty and to Whom Extended.
This Warranty extends for a period of one year from the date of the original purchase of the Challenger Drying System by the first consumer purchaser and covers all parts and labor.

In the event of any required Challenger parts replacement within the period of this Warranty, replacement parts shall be used and will be warranted for the balance of the applicable Warranty.

Exceptions and Exclusions from Warranty
The Challenger Drying System is required to be used as indicated in the operation instructions supplied with the unit. Otherwise, damage, defects, malfunctions or other failures arising from use not as indicated are escaped and excluded from this Warranty. Defects, malfunctions, failure, or damage of the dryer caused by improper, unreasonable or negligent use or abuse and transportation or delivery cost incurred in connection with satisfaction of the Warranty while in the possession of the consumer are likewise excluded from this Warranty. Tightening bolts are also excluded from this Warranty.

Charges for labor in connection with service, replacement, or exchange, after expiration of the one-year Warranty period for such labor are excepted and excluded from this Warranty.

Procedure to Be Taken to Obtain Performance of Warranty
To secure and repair, including replacement or exchange, of the Challenger Drying System during the applicable period thereof, the following procedure should be taken:

One of the following should be contacted.

  • The Dealer from whom you purchased.
  • Any Challenger Distributor’s service department in Canada or International.
  • Any Challenger authorized Service station in Canada.

If you are unable to locate any of the foregoing, you may contact the manufacturer, www.thesolutionist.ca for instructions before repair service is performed by anyone else. In such event Challenger will provide either the location of closely available Challenger authorized service station or other factory instructions.

Upon compliance with the procedures above set forth, all Warranted defects will be repaired at no charge or costs to the consumer.

IN the event of a defect, malfunction or failure of your Challenger Dryer, or any Warranted part, to conform to this warranty, Challenger may at its sole option and expense, replace the dryer or any Warranted part with another new identical or reasonably equivalent model or part in lieu pr repairing the defect.

NO REFUND OF THE PURCHASE PRICE
Challenger will not, as a matter of its Warranty policy, refund the consumer’s purchase price.
